There's a moment every growing business hits.
The vision is clear.
The team is in place.
And somehow you're still the bottleneck.
Making every decision, holding every thread, wondering why it keeps coming back to you.
That's not a people problem. It's not a strategy problem. It's a capacity problem.
We build capacity in organizations that are ready to move but don't know how.
You Built Something That Matters.
And Now It's Running You.
You started with vision. Growth rewarded you and complicated everything.
Now you're:
- Making every decision
- Working IN the business, not ON it
- Relying on heroics, not systems
- Watching talented people underperform
- Feeling the gap widen
You're operating like a startup when you need to lead like a scale-up.
That's where we come in
How We Work
Most engagements start with one problem and reveal two others. That's not a surprise, it's the nature of growing organizations. Here's how we typically work together depending on where you are.
Build the Infrastructure
For founders who are ready to stop being the bottleneck and build an organization that can move without them. We embed alongside your leadership team to design and implement the operating system your business needs to scale. Purpose, people, processes, and performance in alignment.
This is our most comprehensive engagement. It's for leaders who are serious about building something that lasts.
Develop Your Leaders
For organizations whose people are the bottleneck. Whether it's a team that can't quite work together, managers who were promoted before they were ready, or an executive who needs a thinking partner, we design and deliver leadership development that actually changes behavior.
Delivered through one-on-one coaching, group workshops, and assessment-based development using DiSC, Five Behaviors, SLII, Radical Candor, among others.
Solve a Specific Problem
For leaders who have a clear challenge that needs expert attention without a long-term engagement. A go-to-market strategy. A team intervention. A system that needs to be built. We come in, diagnose the real problem, and build the solution.
This is where most relationships start.

From Our Clients
We really enjoyed working with Adam for a workshop with our staff. The session was impactful and gave us practical insight into how we communicate. We walked away with a better understanding of each other and how to work better together as a team.
Kaili Mae Maike, LL Johns
Adam was instrumental in building and supporting the exact processes we needed to deliver on our purpose and to keep up with our rapid growth. We could not have scaled effectively while maintaining our humanity without him!
Davin Salvagno, Maison Vero
Adam has a passion for leadership development and teaching others how to be effective leaders. He has been invaluable in my personal development and career growth.

IS THIS FOR ME?
This is for you if:
- You lead a founder-led or owner-led business that has outgrown how you're currently running it
- You're still the answer to too many questions — and you know that has to change
- You want structure that supports your culture, not one that steamrolls it
- You're willing to look honestly at your own role in the bottleneck
- You're ready to build something that doesn't require your heroics to function
This is not for you if:
- You want to feel motivated without making structural changes
- You're looking for someone to validate the way things are currently done
- You're not willing to let go of decisions that shouldn't require you
- You want a quick fix more than a real solution
- You're not ready to invest real time and real money in building infrastructure
Meet our Founder
Hi, I'm Adam Ritchie
I work with founders and leadership teams who have built something meaningful and now need help bringing focus, structure, and momentum to the next stage of growth.
Over the past 20 years, my career has spanned manufacturing, consulting, and sales leadership. I'm an engineer by training and MBA-grounded, which means I naturally think in systems, but I recognize that those systems need to support (not replace) human flourishing.
I help teams get clear on what matters, align around shared priorities, and put practical operating rhythms in place so good intentions turn into real progress.
My role as a Fractional COO and Leadership development coach is part strategist, part operator, part facilitator, and part coach. I bring calm to complexity and challenge leaders to step into who they were created to be.
I believe great businesses don't require founder burnout to succeed. They require infrastructure that supports both people and purpose.
If you're ready to build that infrastructure, I'm ready to help.
